Initial Physiotherapy Assessment

After the initial free consultation over the phone, a face-to-face assessment will take place, followed by treatment. This approach ensures that the client pays only for the hands-on assessment and treatment, while the interview, provisional diagnosis, and treatment plan can be conducted over the phone at no cost.

Follow-up Physiotherapy Treatment

All follow-up physiotherapy treatments are customized to each client based on reassessment and any changes in their condition or treatment outcomes.

Virtual

Virtual Physiotherapy Assessment

This initial virtual meeting includes a personalized assessment by one of our experienced Physiotherapists. This also includes an education and advice on self-management and a prescription of exercises, tailored to your specific condition.

Virtual Physiotherapy Treatment

All virtual follow-up appointments include brief reassessments for changes in the outcomes of previous interventions and ,if needed, the modification of the treatment. Virtual therapy includes the combination of the exercise prescription, advice and education on further management and recovery, which is tailored to your specific condition.

An additional fee may apply for clients who live outside of our service area.

In cases where an extended session of 50 minutes is needed—such as when pain originates from two separate areas (e.g., neck and shoulder) or when a client requests a longer session e.g. for acupuncture or manual therapy—the session can be extended to 50 minutes at a cost of £60.
